I have cruised at 120kmh for an hour so but found that anything over 110kmh tends to vibrate a little too much for me.
As for the squeal, try pressing down on the speedo when it happens. Mine has an annoying rattle (that I will try to eliminate when it gets warmer) that sometimes sounds like a squeal. If you press down on it and the nose stops, then that is the culprit. Look for the posts on here to tell you ways to fix it.
